Based on the Airline ‘Res-O-Glas’ model that appeared in Montgomery Ward catalogs of the 1960’s, the Airline Jetsons Jr. is our single-humbucker take on this American classic. With this model, we’re focused on continuing the long-standing Airline tradition of offering quality streamlined instruments that are ready to rock without breaking the bank.
The solid basswood body, modern adjustable bridge, and truss rod provide modern quality and adjustability alongside retro-inspired style and class. With our modern hi-output ‘Vintage Voiced Double Coil’ humbucker in the bridge position, we’re giving players a direct signal path between pickup and output. No frills, no tricks, just classic humbucker tone and unmatched response.
