
Hernan Tamanini
The left-handed guitarist Hernán Tamanini, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, is undoubtedly one of the leading figures in modern blues, touring worldwide. He possesses an incredible feeling and a stage presence that is truly unique, combined with a powerful sound.

Over his 34-year career, he has released four albums, with his latest work, Zurdo y Desprolijo, selling over thousands of copies throughout Latin America. He has toured the Americas on more than 39 international tours, including:
- Paraguay (9 times)
- Chile (16 times)
- Colombia (3 times)
- Uruguay (2 times)
- Ecuador (8 times)
- Brazil (7 times)
- Peru (1 time)
- Mexico (1 time)
With over 180 tours across Argentina, performing at various festivals, he has opened for major blues artists such as Larry McCray, Lorenzo Thomson, David Rotundo, Tom Holland, Starc, Alambre González, Eddy Clearwater, Bruce Ewan, J.C. Smith, Javier Martínez, Botafogo, Pinchevsky, and the legendary harmonica player of The Rolling Stones, Sugar Blue.
He was part of the band assembled for James Harman (ZZ Top) during his Latin American tour.
He also performed alongside blues legend Eddy Clearwater in Ecuador at the Festival de Arte y Erotismo, where he was invited for his charisma and musical presence, representing Argentina in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
He toured alongside J.C. Smith from the USA on his tour "La Ruta del Blues por Sudamérica."
In 2022, he recorded a song with the pioneer of Rock and Roll (in Spanish), Jhonny Tedesco. The track, titled "El Hombre Que Canta Blues," was composed by both artists and received great exposure, leading to several concerts together.
In 2023, he was invited to perform as a musician in the band of Tom Holland, the legendary guitarist of James Cotton, for his eight shows in Argentina.
Currently, he has released the first promotional single, "Ruta 66," alongside All Stars Sudamerican Blues. The album, which is gradually being uploaded to digital platforms, is a compilation of various tours across Latin America, featuring recordings with the best of South American blues.
His 5th album, released in October 2024, features the promotional single "Blues Pandémico," an original song. The music video for this track is being released on YouTube, showcasing an exceptional production by @FlorStudio.ok.
