Have A Problem With Your Order?

Our mantra is and always has been "If you're not happy, we're not happy." If there are any problems with your purchase, please contact us first. Our dedicated service staff will be happy to take care of you.

Has Something Arrived Damaged or Defective?

We guarantee your item will arrive safe and sound. If you think your instrument has arrived damaged or defective, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If approved, we will work with you to sort out compensation - whether by exchange, refund, or credit.

Have You Changed Your Mind?

If you've simply decided that the item you ordered is not for you, you can still send it back within 45 days* of purchase for refund, credit, or exchange. Simply fill out our online returns form, and someone from our returns department will be in touch as soon as possible. 

*Please Note: Unless your item was delivered Damaged or Defective, or otherwise “Not as Described”, shipping charges will be deducted from all refund or credit requests. To receive a full refund (minus shipping charges), your return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your item. Any return requests submitted after 10 days of item receipt will be processed for full credit (minus shipping charges), or refunded minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be sent back to us in the original condition. If an instrument arrives back damaged or misused, showing signs of play wear or abuse, a re-stocking fee may apply at our discretion. Any additional shipping charges for oversized, non-original packages are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Are Duties/Import Fees Refundable?

If you were charged duties and taxes when the item was delivered, those amounts may be regained from your government once you have made the return with us. Please see your government website for details. 

Considering a Return Beyond 45 Days?

If 45 days have passed since you received your order, return requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
