Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouses in Northfield, IL USA - Just outside Chicago. 

Delivery is fast and each guitar will be checked/tested/inspected and set-up before shipping. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business day with full tracking. 

All of our shipments are 100% guaranteed. If an item is lost, damaged, or misplaced during transit, we've got your back. A signature is required for all shipments. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

For most* guitars, Domestic Standard Shipping (US) is FREE. There are expedited options available as well, which you will be presented with at checkout.

For international orders we offer fast and affordable shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, based on your address. If you would like to see the price of shipping before completing your purchase, just add your item to the shopping cart and begin the checkout process. The costs will be presented to you before any payment or commitment to purchase is required.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

We do not charge any VAT, taxes, duties or any other import fees for shipments heading outside of the USA. These amounts will be charged and collected by the shipping carrier, prior to, or upon delivery. For more information, please see your government website.

Please Note: The carrier will reach out to collect these fees before delivery. It is very important to make arrangements with the carrier to pay any applicable duties/taxes/fees, etc... in a timely manner. Failure to due so, or refusal to pay, may result in the package being returned. If the package is returned to us then that return will be considered unauthorized. In addition to any applicable restocking fees, ALL actual shipping related costs, both ways, will be deducted from any refund. The shipping price you were charged may have been subsidized, and the cost of return shipping from an international location is significantly higher than the cost of the original outbound shipping, as our discounts apply only to outbound shipping. These costs could be a significant portion of the original total paid, or more. 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Prices on our website will be charged in your displayed currency. You can change your desired currency at any time by clicking the currency selector at the bottom of the page.

• Some purchases may be flagged with a small (usually 3%) Foreign or International Transaction Fee. If you have any questions about what this fee is, please contact your bank / credit card provider.
