All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouses in Northfield, Illinois (just outside Chicago, USA).

Every guitar is checked, tested, inspected, and professionally set up before it leaves our shop. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and include full tracking.

All shipments are 100% guaranteed. If an item is lost, damaged, or misplaced during transit, we’ve got your back.
Signature confirmation is required on all shipments.

For most* guitars, Standard Domestic Shipping is FREE.
Expedited shipping options are available and will be shown at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer fast, reliable worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

To see shipping costs before purchasing, simply add the item to your cart and begin checkout — no payment or commitment is required to view rates.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

We use Zonos to provide transparent, upfront landed costs for international orders.

The amount you see at checkout is the total landed cost required to deliver your order to your door.

Important International Delivery Notes

If duties and taxes are not paid at checkout (in rare cases where local regulations require carrier collection), the shipping carrier may contact you prior to delivery to collect these fees.

Failure to pay applicable duties/taxes, or refusal of delivery, may result in the package being returned to us. Returned international shipments are considered unauthorized returns.

In these cases:

  • Any applicable restocking fees may apply

  • All actual shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted from any refund

  • International return shipping costs are often significantly higher than outbound shipping and may exceed the original shipping charge shown at checkout
