Every guitar is checked, tested, inspected, and professionally set up before it leaves our shop. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and include full tracking.
All shipments are 100% guaranteed. If an item is lost, damaged, or misplaced during transit, we've got your back.
Signature confirmation is required on all shipments.

🌍 International Shipping
We offer fast, reliable worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)
Prices shown do not include duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, etc.) will typically contact you prior to delivery to collect any applicable fees.

Important International Delivery Notes
Failure to pay applicable duties/taxes, or refusal of delivery, may result in the package being returned to us. Returned international shipments are considered unauthorized returns.

- Any applicable restocking fees may apply
- All actual shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted from any refund
- International return shipping costs are often significantly higher than outbound shipping and may exceed the original shipping charge shown at checkout
