1. Eligibility:

Open to individuals aged 18 and older worldwide. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, affiliates, and family members of Airline Guitars USA, LLC. are not eligible to enter.

2. Contest Period:

The contest runs for 8 weeks, with one winner chosen each week. Each weekly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Sunday.

3. How to Enter:

Participants must enter via the designated contest landing page using Gleam. To qualify, participants must subscribe to our newsletter and follow the required social media actions. Additional entries can be earned by completing social sharing tasks as outlined on the entry page.

4. Prizes:

One guitar will be awarded to one winner each week, for a total of eight guitars. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash or other substitutions allowed except at Airline Guitars USA, LLC.’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be randomly selected each week from eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond in time or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Shipping:

Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost. International winners are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes associated with their prize.

7. Liability Release:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Airline Guitars USA, LLC., its affiliates, and any social media platforms used for the contest, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

8. Publicity:

By entering, participants agree to allow Airline Guitars USA, LLC. to use their name, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Personal Data:

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of contest administration and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose without consent.

10. General Conditions:

Airline Guitars USA, LLC. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Airline Guitars USA, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest for any reason, including technical failures, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law:

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Illinois.
